Background and Team

Smart Money’s management and advisory team is headed by David Walton. David is a successful serial entrepreneur with more than 25 years of uninterrupted entrepreneurial business experience. His experience is diverse and spans multiple industries and sectors including publishing, telecommunications, technology, healthcare, hospitality and real estate. David has always been passionate and driven about the opportunity to use his analytical and creative skills as an entrepreneur to solve problems and help others. One of his guiding philosophies is, “If you help enough other people get what they want, you can have anything you want.”

Driven by his passion to succeed against all odds and his desire to help others do the same, in 2020, David launched his latest venture, Smart Money, Inc. Smart Money’s mission is to empower entrepreneurs and investors by improving efficiency in capital markets. The company’s objective is to identify various investment opportunities and assist entrepreneurs in raising capital to fund their entrepreneurial dreams. Recent changes in federal securities laws will open investment opportunities to a whole new class of investors and entrepreneurs and Smart Money is providing a bridge bringing these two groups together.

Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source.

If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn't anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text.
